Rash Dhanjal ..... YOU ROCK!

Even though I had 3 appraisals done on my Joondanna property, I knew from the beginning that I was always going to list my property with Rash. WHY? Because Rash is a man of fairness, integrity, honesty and beams not only with passion for real estate, but comes with all the knowledge and confidence on selling property. I also felt honoured knowing that Rash was the Licencee of The Agency. This gave me even more confidence in Rash and his Team. I was blown away by the first Home Open. Having once been in real estate, I can honestly say that I have never in my life seen a first Home Open performed the way Rash delivered on this day. Rash had a coffee truck arrive just prior to Home Open and all buyers were offered a coffee of their choice prior to entering the home to view. Not only did the home smell of delicious coffee, but the whole complex did as well. This even attracted the neighbours to come have a look and see. The six month journey with Rash was extremely relaxing knowing that Rash was on the job with my interest at hand at all times. Thank you Rash for all your help in assisting me in selling my Joondanna property - something I didn't envisage happening; nevertheless, YOU made it happen! Kind regards Allison
