I Couldn't say more highly about Ratip he was wonderful agent to have. I was in a desperate situation after already just sold my current home, I was looking for new home. Settlement date close of sold property. I came across my now current home purchased, contacted agent for inspection. He agreed to do an open for me that same day. As inspection was for later that week. Ratip wanted to give me opportunity to not miss out, put an offer if liked place, (as I was running out of time with right property at price could afford).
