Ratip was excellent in every way. Nothing was too much for him. He was most helpful and professional in his advice (we had a number of things to attend to which he handled with great enthusiasm). He had gotten a number of prospective buyers so when it finally went on the market he had a buyer ready to sign and we got the price he said it would sell for!! I Couldn't say more highly about Ratip he was wonderful agent to have. I was in a desperate situation after already just sold my current home, I was looking for new home. Settlement date close of sold property. I came across my now current home purchased, contacted agent for inspection. He agreed to do an open for me that same day. As inspection was for later that week. Ratip wanted to give me opportunity to not miss out, put an offer if liked place, (as I was running out of time with right property at price could afford). Ratip had mentioned property had few offers already at the time. That kindness to allow me chance to see property before inspection day that week was set. Meant could put an offer forward and I did. It was because of this amazing opportunity, my offer had been accepted two days later. I was totally wrapped. As was worried wouldn't find anything soon and my kids and I would have to enter rental properties, which wanted to avoid. From day of my offer being accepted, Ratip was so helpful at every step of the way until final settlement date. He made the whole daunting and overwhelming process so much smoother.
