We first met Ray who took us through what we believed could potentially be our dream property home in the insignia on the Ballarat Golf Course. To see if we could make this dream a reality, we invited Ray to our home to give his initial opinion on what he believed we could sell it for and then whether that stacked up for us to try and realise the dream.
