Ray certainly is a very skilled agent, knows his market well. It's not easy dealing with a vendor who has high expectations and a buyer like me who has much lower expectations. In the end he got us the deal at the 11th hour and to his credit we exchanged whilst he was already on leave.
Ray has a great understanding of the market, we had looked at a number of properties all of which he knew about making it easy to buy home with this knowledge.
