Raymond Ferris has been the only agent I had value the property properly, unlike other agents he was prepared and forthcoming with all discussions regarding my property. He never built up our hopes to think that we would get more than what we requested but I believe he knew that our property was worth more than what we had agreed on as a reserve. He was patient throughout the whole period of sale repeating things to my mother and I. He always made sure we were comfortable with our decisions which made auction day a lot easier to handle. Ray from the moment we engage him for his service, Ray was always ensuring and informing us of the latest trend and what people were looking for in a duplex during construction and soon after completion.
