I Spoke to Ray when I was first looking at land for my first house and he gave me a lot of good information. The block I picked was a difficult block to deal with and Ray and his team were very patient while the bank, builder and I worked out how we can make the block work.

Ray is a decent bloke in a occupation group where that doesn't abound. He did a good job selling our property under difficult circumstances, eventually we dropped the price low enough to get a sale (our problem as we built the property to suit what we wanted with no consideration for future sale and the depressed Bunbury Real Estate market) but Ray's effort was good throughout and communication was excellent. I appointed Ray for these qualities, if you want a decent honest agent with tenacity, then Ray's your guy.
