Ray was pleasant from the first time we can to the open for inspection. He followed up with us promptly the following week and also several other times prior to auction. He was very helpful with making suggestions on how we could place our bids as there was a point where we thought we where not going to be able to attend the auction. I found conversations with Ray down to earth and honest and not at all pushy. Although he had other buyers interested in the property every time I spoke with him he made me feel like we were the only buyers that mattered.....very rare in this industry! Excellent Sale person in terms of communication and responsibility before and after the sale

He gave us a great idea of how much our house would be and achieved the impossible. On the day of the inspections not a lot of people came to look at the house which made us worry about the auction. on the auction date no one was willing to bid on the house... however Ray and his team were very good at communicating with everyone and persuading them to buy the house. I am very satisfied because in the end Ray and his team were able to sell the house at a good price. I would highly recommend Ray and his team. :)
