I'd like to specially thank and acknowledge Ray who has played a significant role in helping me reach an important milestone - buying my Sydney home and saying goodbye to renting. I have been most impressed by Ray's professionalism, understanding of the customer journey for the purchaser, breaking things down into easy achievable steps and going above and beyond in terms of customer service. I've also really appreciated Ray's careful and considered responses to my many queries, his responsiveness and "can do" attitude, knowledge of the properties on his estate agency's books, his professionalism with coordinating the price negotiations and also helping me with doing the additional checks I wanted to do.
