The best real estate agent I've ever dealt with
Choosing Ray as our selling agent was an excellent decision. He made the process so much easier for us by understanding our priorities and circumstances, and suggesting strategies to achieve this (rather than trying to railroad us into doing what would be easiest for him). Ray cultivated a good relationship with prospective buyers and was diligent in keeping communication open. He was professional, understanding and determined to get the best result throughout. He was upfront about costs and timeframes, and maintained a positive but realistic tone which I very much appreciated. Overall, he made what can be a painful and exhausting process very easy, and we will absolutely get in touch with him again if we sell in future.
