Ray is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, sincere and down to earth. Even when the inevitable finance issues arise, Ray is thoughtful in his approach and never feels pushy. Ray is always quick to respond and makes you feel more like a friend than a client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray. In my purchase experience I dealt with at least 10 Canberra agents and Ray was the best by far. Ray always went the extra mile. Even knowing he acts for the vendor, he made me feel just as important. If I sell in the future it will definitely be with Ray.
