From the minute I called Ray I knew he was the agent for the job. He sounded positive and enthusiastic on the phone and was over to the house quickly to give us an up to date market appraisal. He knew his market well and was spot on with pricing. I’m an agent myself but in a different area so I had already done a bit of research on comparable sales. As we lived far away he helped with getting the property ready for sale with trades people and we were lucky enough to secure a buyer prior to going to market and at a great price.
