We found Ray to be polite, accommodating and certainly not an “in your face” sales agent trying to secure a sale for his client. Ray answered all our questions in the 2 attendances we had prior to making an offer. At no time was he pushy or forceful - in fact he was the complete opposite whilst we worked through the sale/purchase process. Honest and accommodating are 2 words that aptly describe his approach. He has also assisted us by allowing trades people to attend the property during the settlement period for a measure and quote, being available and spending time at the property and not being time conscious whilst the tradies were in attendance given that his prime role is to sell.
