We had just started looking for a property and this particular one we were interested in was on the last day to make an offer. There was a different rep at the viewing but as we liked the property decided to make an offer which had to be given in by 4pm that day. Ray contacted us made himself available at the property and helped us secure the property by walking us through each step. He’s also very courteous and helpful. Thank you Ray
