Pure professional with a great splash of humour when needed which so helped us

Ray didn’t know much about our area but within a couple of days came back with all the facts and figures. He’s constant reassurance and phone calls were so encouraging and needed. I think we would have pulled the pin on selling early if it wasn’t for Ray. All our questions and concerns were always answered straight away and when we were a bit down he always found away to pick us up with his humour. A terrific guy who knows his job inside and out!!
