The communication quality was not what I expected. We had to pay some fines on delay for submitting our contract as we were not warned in a proper way rather than a simple email from Top Reality. Our rights, as buyer, was not fully covered in the contract prepared by Top Reality. For example, if the seller would have decided no to sell her land anymore there was no supportive clauses to cover buyer.
