He is very down-to-earth and knows exactly what we and the seller (I supposed that's why they went to him) want and is able to deliver the best customer service/negotiation skills. He replied to emails and queries promptly and was able to accomodate our requests. He and his team ensures that we are taken good care of at every step of the buying process and explained to us if we do not understand something. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!
