He is a great agent ! Very reliable and helped us a lot during the purchase of our house and we highly recommend him.
Raymond knowledge of the local market enabled my property to be sold very quickly.
Raymond was a great agent and his communication and negotiation skills were excellent.
The real estate agent was very aware of the current state of the market . We were happy with the outcome of the sale and the way the agent handled the process. I would recommend the agent to others because of his professionalism and honesty.
Raymond is a professional, friendly attentive property manager. Highly recommend this agent.
Extremely disappointed with the whole process. Raymond boasted he had a huge network of local and international buyers yet none where shown my property. I felt pressured to accept the first offer which then took nearly 3 months for the buyers finance alone to be approved! all at my cost with my bridging loan! The offer was $35,000 below asking price (which Raymond had recommended the asking price). I dropped my asking price by $20,000 which was more than reasonable and yet Raymond was only able to negotiate another $5,000 from the Buyer. Thus, I settled for $30,000 less than the asking price as by that stage the buyers finance had been extended for the 3rd time for approval with a "under offer" sticker. I felt Raymond pressured me into accepting a very low offer for a quick sale. The quick sale never happened. I incurred huge bridging loan costs with a very low final sale price on my biggest investment. To top it off, the cheap bottle of wine as a token gift when my fees were nearly $13,000 was the final insult! The agent I bought my new property from treated me better. One positive note, he was able to source me a painter at short notice.
Raymond patiently assisted us in stepping through the final inspection. He was also prompted in addressing the items that require attention.
