Raymond has a wealth of knowledge in properties around Willetton. He guild us through the process and provide lots of information in the properties that he sells. He goes the extra miles to provide a great service. Before the settlement, we wanted to order a new shed to be put in the property as the shed will take about 3 weeks to arrive. It would be nice if we could order then and delivered right after the settlement. But we did not have the exact dimension of the concrete slabs to order a shed of the right size. Upon knowing our small issue, Raymond went to the property and took the photos of the measured dimension and sent to us within the day. During the finally inspection, we brought in a long checklist to be ticked. We have had bad experience with other agents, who just stood aside to let us go through the checking. If we could not find the faults, too bad, we had to fix them after settlement. Raymond on the other hand guild us along and noted down the faults along the way. His inspection list was longer than our checklist. The issues were reported back to the owner and were fixed on the same day. We highly recommend Raymond.
