Think it’s a difficult issue when same real estates sell the same property as well as manages the purchase of residence to provide accurate information regarding offers. Working within other industries this would provide a conflict of interest, as clearly the objective is to get the best sales price and being able to provide interested parties with suggestions regarding viability of an offer must walk a tight line. Just observations with my recent experience, However as far as Rayni’s involvement in my purchase, I am happy with the overall service provided, and feel like she is engaged in finding a solution to match everyone’s preferences, and is both responsive and contactable for assisting in enquirers both prior to purchase as well as after. Definitely reviewed the experience positively given I had many contacts with Real Estate agents during this period.

My wife and I were looking for our new home together during COVID and found it quite hard to find anything. We met Rayni at an open home inspection but the house wasn't suitable for us. Rayni had our details and took down what we were looking for. We heard from Rayni only a week after to go look at a house that was off market. We put in an offer and Rayni helped with getting the vendors over the line with our requests. She helped organise the building and pest inspection and got the deal done.
