My brother, my sister and I,the three vendors of 98 Smith Avenue, Allambie Heights, were very pleased with Reade Haverstein's performance throughout the whole selling process. He communicated well throughout, keeping us informed of what was happening at every stage. He used his market knowledge to give us a realistic estimate of the likely value of the property at auction, pointing out that the relatively large block size and the good position relative to transport and Warringah Mall offset the disadvantages of an old, well worn house.
