My husband and I recently bought a property thru Kore Property Group ..... Our experience from the very first visit at Open House to the follow up visit after settlement from Paul and Rebecca was extremely positive. At open house they were very helpful without being 'pushy'. They were very friendly and informative about the property. I visited the property 4-5 times and had a couple of phone conversations with Paul. He was very accomodating to our needs and went out of his way to arrange information or visits for us (often with little notice) .... Pete and I very much appreciated his help. On auction day, even though there were lots of people there and at least 6 registered bidders, I noticed the agents went out of their way to communicate with all the bidders and put them at ease, making the 'intense' auction experience just that little bit easier for all the participants. We were thrilled to be the purchases after a very stressful bidding tussle..... Even after the sale Paul and Rebecca and other staff at Kore Property Group were very helpful and friendly when I had occassion to pop in and pick up keys for measuring up etc, nothing was too much trouble. After settlement (within hours) Paul and Rebecca visited and bought us beautiful flowers and candle. Pete and I were very impressed with this as their part in the process was finished and we certainly didn't expect such thoughtful gestures.
