Professional, friendly and very reliable

We couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough team to manage our property in Bundaberg, especially as didn't live in QLD. Our partnership started in 2015, and nothing was ever a hassle. Whenever something needed to be done or replaced, they were happy to source products and quotes from local companies and then let us know what what options we had, and then arrange for the work to be done. Fast track to 2025 when we decided to sell. They handled everything that was asked of them, including the unexpected last minute drama. The team was amazing! We can't speak more highly of them, so thanks Maddie, Monique, Bianca and Bec, you made everything that much easier for us, and we really appreciated you.
