What I appreciated most was the mix she brought: she's a clear communicator, professional yet warm and friendly, and genuinely savvy and strategic. She has great attention to detail (especially around contracts and the finers points that can easily slip through), follows up loose ends, and checked in with me regularly. Particularly in those last tense sates. She was calm, gave great direction, but also let me feel like I was leading the way.
