Rebecca from Ray White came out and already had a portfolio done to show me the analysis of my property and told me she would fight to get at least $30k more than the other agent.......and she did! We can’t speak highly enough about Rebecca. Our properties were difficult to price as they were unique. Nothing of a similar nature had been up for sale in our area or any of the extended areas for years. Rebecca had a great strategy for helping establish what the market would be prepared to pay for our blocks. Through this process we were able to refine the pricing and attract quality buyers. Our conveying documentation was slightly more complicated than usual which created some unexpected work for Rebecca however she handled this with ease and helped streamline the process. She has kept us informed at every step, both with important sale details and generally in relation to what responses were coming through by phone, in person and online. Even when I know she had had very busy days, she still took the time to contact us with updates meaning we have never had to chase her for information. To top it off, our first lot sold very quickly and our second lot is currently selling (papers being signed as I write) earlier than anticipated. My feeling based on the work Rebecca has done for our prospective buyers is that she is equally as committed to those looking to purchase. Rebecca is highly professional, very discreet and incredibly hard working. We have no hesitation in recommending her to any vendors or purchasers.
