Hated dealing with Rebecca. Water leak and damage was found and Rebecca had the nerve to call me to tell me 'it's nothing bad... just needs to dry out'. Well guess what we've found... the entire shower needs to be redone and the floor underneath from this long term leak. Didn't appreciate the pushiness from the moment we put an offer in. Wish I stuck to my gut after her phone call and pulled the pin on her and the property
