I had a very satisfying experience with Rebecca (seller’s agent) when I bought my very first home. She had always been very understanding, supportive and easy to contact at any time. On settlement day, I was given the keys and she had done everything that should be done, but windows of two bed rooms could not be opened and I asked Rebecca if a key for the windows could be forgotten to hand over and explained her the story. She did not give any excuse but came straight to my house after her appointment just to fix things although she was not responsible as it was after settling everything!! She is just amazing! She never disappointed me. She honestly is the most supportive and understanding agent to her clients!!
