Customer service is second to none

We selected Rebecca because of her high sales record and for achieving the best price for the clients. From the initial call to marketing, open house, negotiating with the buyer and the current tenants to the settlement, Rebecca was very prompt and clear in her communication. Rebecca’s lovely nature made it very easy to talk to and work with her. Her skills in selling and negotiating is highly recommended. Since the Buyer wanted to move in the property and the tenants had a current lease, we were in a dilemma. But Rebecca successfully negotiated a favourable outcome for us (seller), the Buyer and the tenants renting the property. It was a win-win situation all around. Her customer service is second to none. We were really impressed with her professionalism which exceeded our expectations. Rebecca is highly knowledgeable in her field and took time to answer all our queries/concerns no matter how small they were. Point to note: All our dealings were over the phone, text and emails. At no point in time did we met face to face but we didn’t feel the lack of it. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Rebecca and would definitely recommend her to our family and friends.
