Rebecca managed our property as a rental, taking it over from another rental management company and doing a good job of communicating and getting things done when we needed. We entrusted Rebecca to sell our house, based on our experience with her as a rental manager, and her low fees. Overall, there was a bit of inconsistency around what she was confident telling us we could get at the outset to what we actually got, we had to lower our expectation by quite a bit after a month+ on the market with no offers. I feel setting a more realistic expectation at the beginning would have made things much smoother. In the end, we sold our home and we got what we feel is around fair market value, albeit lower than what we expected. We are thankful to Rebecca for the hard work she put in to get it sold, and the extras she did for us after having to lower our listing price. She worked all the way through Christmas Eve (when we got our offer). She provided a personal experience throughout our relationship and always called /emailed back right away when we had any questions.
