I have bought and sold a number of houses over the past 10 years and have been regularly disappointed in the service of some agents. Sign you up then the service drops off and I’m left to micro manage the process and insists the agent to push harder. Different story with Rebecca and her team. Once I signed up, she ramped up. I didn’t need to micro manage anything. She gave me the confidence to leave her alone and get the job done. Communication and updates were excellent. Clearly her communication to the buyers was also excellent as not one buyer turned up to auction and tried to start thousands of dollars below a realistic price. What you see if what you get, plus some as she went beyond her core duties and assisted us with work outside her remit. This was so helpful as we live across the other side of the country. With some experience in buying and selling I couldn’t recommended anyone else than Rebecca and First National Nelson Bay.
