I have been very impressed with Rebecca, originally the house was sold prior to being on the market in July 2018 pending the sale of the purchasers house. Rebecca found a buyer for that house too, but unfortunately the bank knocked back the finance, so that sale fell over. My house then went on the market for the first time and with the first open inspection held it was sold the next week exceeding the original offer back in July. She was supportive even for me as a buyer and helped me progress as smooth as possible via responsive and professional communication skill. But she was friendly and approachable which I think helped the whole first home buying experience little easier. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and the history of the house was good and definitely a purchase factor.
