They were simply amazing when it came to options of on or off market, staging part or whole of the house (as were the staging team they work with), referring to legal support, giving advice all times of day and any day of the week, and bringing understanding to a very very stressful process (having lived in my house for close to 30 years). On top of all of this, these amazing people were not money hungry and totally had our best interests at heart. Yet the price they got, I really did not expect and know it was above market standards. Finally they have offered support with finding alternative accomodation and so I am so glad I will be enjoying an ongoing relationship with Belle Property Annandale and I can't recommend them highly enough.
