Best Agent Ever

Rebecca Giameos (Beck) was the best choice we could have made for our real estate agent. The short review is listen to Beck and trust in the process. The longer version is that we had lived in our old property for 32 years and we were very unsure about how the process of selling our home would work. She gave us excellent advice, shepherded us through the entire selling process, helped us stage our home, gave us lists of the work that need to be done, the work that would be nice and provided us with contact details for tradies who were reasonably priced and did a good job. Beck gave us a clear understanding of the costs involved in selling, attended the property photography session, shared images of all advertising and generally allayed fears and calmed feelings of anxiety. She kept us "in the loop", answered phone calls, texts and emails same day. There were no admin staff or answering services to go through. We were given a plan, a realistic price range and a timeline. Did she sell our house? She sure did! Beck sold our property first open for more than we anticipated.
