We had the pleasure of purchasing house house with Rebecca in 2020. Back then it was a smooth and easy process. Once purchasing the property we continued to deal with the team at Wellington to go on and work with the rental team meeting Tina, For four great years Tina took care of house with great tenants, never once having to chase a phone call or our rent. Tina you are an asset to your team and can not stress enough your value. When we had made the decision to sell it was a no brainer to get back on the phone with Rebecca and list the property, taking her advise with getting photography done professionally and listing in the correct price range. With in only 24 hours we were lucky enough to have gotten two offers close to asking price but Rebecca convinced us to hold out and with in a few weeks were able to get above asking with absolutely no trouble. When the house came time to settle the call came in letting me know what the steps were which was above and beyond and made it all happen, not a stress in the world. Finishing it off with a fantastic gift basket and great memories. I could not recommend Rebecca, Tina and the team at Wellington any higher, years of great service from what I would consider a tuff environment.
