Buying a house thou Rebecca was not a pleasant experience as a first time buyer, She was helpful all the way up until she go a signed offer , after that she stop answering my calls , and text only , As a first homebuyer you have a few questions , She let the lawns die in back yard which really upset me , Also she would have allowed owner to leave 2 skip bin of rubbish on the property if i didn’t say something. She looked after the seller and not the buyer at all even my settlement agency couldn’t believe some of the things that occurred. Was so disheartened , if the deal would’ve fallen through it would’ve been unrecoverable , I would’ve easily walked away and bought somewhere else if you are looking for a real estate agent that will take care of the seller and the buyer I would not recommend her… my sister bought a property and the agent brought over wine and chocolates to congratulate her on her new purchase all i was left with was a bitter taste and nearly 2 skip bin of rubbish ..

Buying a house without actually inspecting it yourself can be a tad stressful (we were filled with doubts), but because Rebecca was so quick to investigate and answer all our queries, we were very quickly put at ease and now feel 100% confident about our investment. It will be at lease 8 or 9 months before we finally get to see 'up-close-and-personal' exactly what we bought, but I have no doubts at all now, and especially when I look at other similar properties in the area.
