Where do I start, to begin with we have not actually met Rebecca but have been on the phone with all sorts of questions as we have never lived in Queensland before. Without fail Rebecca was able to answer all of our queries in a precise and friendly manner for which we will always be grateful. She was able to give us detailed information about the general area and amenities which went a long way towards making our final decision to buy an apartment in Palm Beach. This was not an easy property to sell. As a rental property with two houses on an acre it had become run down so was not attractive to families wanting to move in. The marketing was changed to target investors because both houses had very good rental returns.
