This was our first time buying a house and we met Bec when we went to view the property. She was there showing it for the sellers, we had so many questions and were unsure about how the process worked, Rebecca was happy to answer every single one! She was amazing from start to finish, she was so supportive and dedicated to ensuring every question we had was answered and always instantly, she ensured we were kept updated and felt confident with everything that was happening every step of the process. She went above and beyond to make sure we were supported and I feel she did an incredible job given she was working for both the seller and the buyer ( totally our decision - we trusted Bec from the moment we met her and greatly appreciated all her advice and support ) we felt really comfortable with Bec and felt really supported throughout the whole process.
