It was but a matter of a few days, from first inspection, to exchange of contracts. If anyone knows a better, more personable agent, I’d really like to meet them. Rebecca and Simone are exceptional at their job. We had a lot of doubts going into the sale process given the general softness in the market. Rebecca was always honest with us, never tried to overpromise a high price before we engaged her. And during the process, Rebecca and Simone worked incredibly hard, following up on every email and telephone lead and updating us with feedback constantly.
