On no occasion did I doubt that Rebecca was the best person for selling my mother's house in Hunters Hill. Having worked as a Licensed Conveyancer for 20 years I have met many agents and there are not a great many that I would want working for me. Rebecca is one of the exceptions. Our sister neeeded to sell her Town House quickly to fund her stay in a care home after brain surgery. She was unable to do much of the work herself so we offered to help. The sale needed to be completed quickly to fund her care and so we could return home. Rebecca (Bec) Mitchell of Raine and Horne, Lane Cove went out of her way to help us market the propery . She suggested great options for how we could present the unit and was able to suggest and organise people who could help us do the work required for optimal presentation. The unit was prepared for sale by Bec's contacts and sold before auction at a price that was far above what we expected. Bec quickly understood our problems and was very sympathetic and patient explaining how the Sydney market worked to us and our sister. Using her extensive network, she was able to recommend and, with our agreement, hire people to remove and store some of the cluttered contents, clean the house and surrounds and make it look picture perfect for the sale. All this was done without major investment of time or money by us. These preparations took about a week which enabled us to get the house on the market very quickly to enable sale before Christmas. Bec quickly found four seriously interested buyers who competed to purchase before the auction enabling us to get an outstanding price in a timely manner. We cannot thank Rebecca enough. She understood our situation immediately and has the skills, staff and contacts to implement the plan without any trouble to us. We are all absolutely delighted!

Selling our long time family home was a big stressful decision. During the campaign we had regular updates & feedback not once did we have to chase her up.
