I could write a full page on the overall complete service that my wife and I received from Rebecca during our purchase of the property in Redlynch just before Christmas. Rebecca Moss is the Agent you must get to sell your home. She is sensible, forthright, knows her facts and figures and presents your property in the most charming and refreshingly energetic way. It's not just about hard sell, and commission and agents arriving in fabulous cars to listlessly show your property.. It's about the people trying to find themselves and their families a home, or leave one, a lot of the time.. Rebecca truly cares about this, takes the time to listen and relay the stories.. have a laugh and a bit of a cry and invest herself in the process. After I decided to sell the unit, I was introduced to Rebecca as my sales rep, and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The unit was tenanted and she discussed with me what needed to be done to get to a salable condition. During this time, a significant event took place at the unit. With Rebecca having to repeatedly go back to the unit to check on maintenance issues and workmanship, it must have been extremely hard for her. She was in contact with me throughout the whole process of preparing the unit and the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a top sales representative for your company. We sold our Cairns unit, starting the process long distance from Auckland. Prior to putting it on the market, we refurbished the unit including painting and new carpets, all of which was organised by Rebecca including suggesting colour schemes. We arrived in Cairns to find the refurbishment almost complete and extremely well carried out. On Rebecca's advice, we dressed the unit (hired furniture etc) and marketed it at a price exceeding our initial expectations and valuation. Her online video was brilliant and showed off the unit in its modern colours It immediately attracted great attention and sold in two days! The entire process was notably painless, Rebecca being on top of everything and handled any minor issues promptly and efficiently.
