She went above and beyond in assisting us to arrange building inspections and was prompt in her responses in relation to property status. She did not waste our time and provided up to date information about the current market situation, location of the property and condition of the property which definitely helped us to make a decision. From the first telephone conversation, Rebecca was very rude. I had left a voicemail asking Rebecca to call me back about the property. Once she did, it was “yes what do you want to know?” Then palmed me off to offsider Brenna. Upon first inspection of the property, she lied and stated another 5 clients were coming through the house that day and another 3 on Monday. How do I know that many didn’t come through the house? When speaking with Brenna to book in a time, because of COVID I was told 10 minute appointments only. Well me and my family were there for at least 20 - 25 minutes and NOONE else showed up, oh and also later via email and Facebook it was disclosed only 2 people looked through the house. Yes I get real estate agents have to talk some talk to up sell the property, but to flat out lie is not on. Settlement was meant to happen September 22nd. However the vendor asked to bring it forward a month due to him securing a rental property and understandably, during COVID didn’t have the funds for both. I accepted to bring this forward. I had to have a “final inspection” approx 3 weeks early due to stage 4 lockdown. My mother and I were rushed out so quick within 5 minutes. Rebecca become aggressive and more pushy when we pointed out the vendors dog has ruined a blind. Rebeccas comments were “he is leaving the TV brackets for you, you can’t expect him to fix the blinds” Yesterday was settlement day and the house is putrid, disgustingly dirty! The vendor has not even run a vacuum over it. This was where I also found a floor board missing that Rebecca and and the vendor have hidden. Very disappointed in Ray White Pakenham and even more so in Rebecca and Brenna! Rebecca hasn’t had the decency to even respond to my message today! Not even to offer an apology. And Brenna’s response was evident she didn’t give two hoots. They have their money now and that all that matters to them!

Rebecca was extremely professional throughout the process. Rebecca did a wonderful job in selling our place in a very difficult and changing market. She was honest with us from the start and actively provided advice to ensure we were able to achieve results.

Receiving top price and selling the property within 6 days during such hard times with COVID-19 nothing is to hard for Rebecca and Brenna. Highly recommended if you are wanting to sell your property.
