I found Rebecca excellent to deal with, she was very efficient and organised. Her communication was timely and she did a great job of coordinating a delayed settlement process between both the vendor and purchaser. I would highly recommend her as a real estate professional.

Rebecca was a delight to work with in the beginning of the purchase of our new (first) home. No question was too much hassle for her to answer, and she went above and beyond with assisting us with the steps to get the process underway....but once we had signed on the line, it started to become very clear that she was absolutely working for the commission to be placed in her pocket and that was it. A lot of our questions were almost 'fobbed off' and when it came to final inspection, we were messed around with timing whilst having a tired 2 year old with us, and then had to move it to the next day as the time kept being pushed later and later every 15 mins. There was also a subject matter in the final inspection around a missing cupboard door that had been discussed from the first day we had viewed the property and it was completely denied that it had been discussed. When it came to key collection, we arrived at the property 5 minutes earlier than arranged meeting time and found the key in the metre box and let ourselves in. Upon arrival when Rebecca noticed that we were already in, she barely got out of her car, said "oh you're already in, ok I don't need to be here then, congratulations on your new house!"....and then drove away. No, hand shake, no bottle of bubbles, no hamper, nothing.... very underwhelming ending to the purchase of our first home!
