Property Management We cannot recommend their services highly enough in every regard. At all times, our property was maintained to a very high level with tenants knowing exactly the standards required of them. We received regular 3 monthly property reports/photos for our property. Rent was collected & received by us in a constantly timely manner. We lived out of state for the duration of owning the property, only ever visiting a handful of times in 25+ years. Rebecca & her proficient team handled everything from identifying what needed doing, getting quotes, prioritising tradespeople, checking their work etc. Once the property was ready to place on the market, Rebecca was confident we could attain the asking price she set. So we held firm & were very happy we did and with the result. In short, a triple AAA rating from us. Our two sons are now purchasing in QLD, unfortunately a short distance out of Calgray Realty’s range. We are sad they will not be able to secure Calgray Realty services & can only hope they find an agent half as good as Rebecca.
