Calgray Realty have been our Property Manager for over 25 years - until a short time ago when we sold the property – also through Calgray Realty. Property Management We cannot recommend their services highly enough in every regard. At all times, our property was maintained to a very high level with tenants knowing exactly the standards required of them. Communication, advice & regular property inspections together with administration matters were always dealt with courteously, promptly & efficiently. We received regular 3 monthly property reports/photos for our property. Rent was collected & received by us in a constantly timely manner. When repairs/maintenance were required we knew we could to trust Rebecca & her team to advise & find the right tradesperson for the job. We lived out of state for the duration of owning the property, only ever visiting a handful of times in 25+ years. We were confident of Rebecca & her team’s ability, knowledge & professionalism to ensure we had great tenants and maintain the property. She advised to refresh, replace & upgrade a number of things – ensuring we got the very best price. It was a totally worry free experience from start to finish. So we held firm & were very happy we did and with the result. In short, a triple AAA rating from us. Our two sons are now purchasing in QLD, unfortunately a short distance out of Calgray Realty’s range. We are sad they will not be able to secure Calgray Realty services & can only hope they find an agent half as good as Rebecca.
