I sold an investment property which I owned in Queensland and Rebecca took care of the sale. During the preparation period, she oversaw all steps of the process including preparing the house for sale (repainting/repairs/landscaping), as well as co-ordinating photography, advertising, and inspections in my absence. She was always very efficient and highly organised and kept me totally up to date with how things were going. I didn't even need to go to Queensland once during the entire process, because Rebecca was on top of everything. And the house sold quickly as well!

What an amazing real estate agent. We rarely give references or comment on people’s performance because normally there performance was at best what you paid for and expected and no more than that! Rebecca Rainford, what a powerhouse, what a professional! She towers head and shoulders above every other agent we interviewed; she eats sleeps and breathes real estate. Her energy is unbelievable as is her warmth and personality.
