Rebecca was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly and clearly to my questions. She and her team did a great job of staging and caring for my townhouse and of getting it on the market quickly once I had ironed out issues at my end which she was very patient with and caring. Rebecca knew the market for my townhouse very well and immediately got some good offers. The last was the best and was well over the original expectation I had. There were no concerns about her professionalism or ability to do the job well. She knows her stuff and was also very aware of what else was selling around my place so she understood her competition. I was very much at ease with her. No hard sell on the initial contact and no pressure to get moving when I needed time to consider my options. Once signed she moved with efficiency and at no stage did I feel out of the loop of communication even though I'm in a different state to where my property was. I would highly recommend her services.
