Excellent Service, Communication and Support Throughout the Sale

I had a very positive experience working with Rebecca Russell throughout the sale of my property. Rebecca was consistently responsive, proactive and transparent in her communication from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the process, followed up with the relevant parties when needed, and was always willing to assist when issues came up. What I appreciated most was how involved and reliable she was, especially during the more stressful parts of the sale. She helped coordinate communication between the buyer, property manager and other parties, followed up on outstanding matters, and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage. Rebecca was professional, patient and easy to deal with, and I always felt that she was genuinely looking after the sale rather than simply waiting for things to happen. I’m very grateful for all the effort she put in and would happily recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for an agent who is communicative, transparent and committed to seeing the process through properly. 5 stars from me.
