Rebecca first door-knocked our home and, as we weren’t home, left her brochures. That little bit of effort impressed us and ultimately resulted in us calling her. The very next day she came out to see us and, just two hours later, we had signed with her. There was absolutely no pressure from Rebecca. She is personable, friendly and incredibly informative, with a great understanding of the market. Being a Palmyra local is another real asset, giving her genuine knowledge of the area, the community and what makes Palmyra such a special place to live. Rebecca was upfront and realistic about our expectations and vision from the beginning. She was a huge help in getting our home ready for sale and was diplomatic, honest and thoughtful in her opinions. Our home is quite unique, so presenting it in the best possible light was important to us, and Rebecca understood that. She was also incredibly adaptable when we decided to bring our home open forward. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If she didn’t think something would work, she explained why, but always respected that the final decision was ours. There were times when we had frank and honest conversations, but Rebecca always took them in her stride, remained professional and continued to guide us towards the best possible result. She was also a dab hand at negotiations, and throughout the process we genuinely felt that she was acting in our best interests. Would we recommend Rebecca? Absolutely.
