Fast, first and furious even during cold market

Rebecca added a property to market as “coming soon” and I got notification. She mentioned all details and I have contacted her in the morning from realestate website. She replied to me before noon. She helped us arrange for viewing the property at 4:30pm. We offered on the spot and she called us back on 6:30pm “offer accepted”. From that first day, she helped us our journey of first home/property. She was not only acting as seller agent, she was helping us and suggesting us whatever helps we needed.
