As this was the first time and will be the only time we sell a house had no idea what to expect. Rebecca and Paul sat us down and went over the process of how they sell homes. We were to have weekly meeting and catchups. Started off slow due to Christmas but got some people through. Eventually we got to sell the house but a lot lower than anticipate. Rebecca was very professional in her dealings with the buyers and us. But I would suggest maybe a little better communication would have improved the experience.
