Listing and selling a house when you're busy doing other things requires the right agent; one who is sincere; who keeps you well informed; who works really hard to achieve a great result; who doesn't rely on "selling" strategies; who is always pleasant and enthusiastic and most of all, is highly respected, knowledgeable and intelligent.
