We were researching from afar with representatives doing initial inspections for us. We had a clear list of must haves. Once we narrowed our search, we wanted to stay within a certain price bracket whilst closing on a long settlement. Bec made all of that work to mutual satisfaction. We inspected in the morning, had an agreed price by the night, a contract by the next day and were unconditional once building inspection and finance were confirmed the next week.
